Could buy another tractor, keep one on each implement, but that might break your budget. Some of the older Deere balers were available with 1000 rpm drive, it was just a chain and sprocket set to reduce rpm to 540. Third choice would be to use a stub adapter and run the tractor at lower engine rpm but you would need to be careful not accidently over speed things.
