Son ordered a NEW toner cartridge for his laser printer offn eBay. Vendor sent him a used, empty cartridge that had probably been returend by previous customer for refurbishing, refilling. Not impressed. Vendor snapped to, and is sending new. We'll see when it gets here. Betcha someone in warehouse gets a chewing...
