Got the same problem here on NY's northern border with Canada- too wet! Mowed some more yesterday and hit standing water in spots. HAven't made a lot of hay this year and what I did make, a lot wasn't as dry as I'd like.
Gonna be a tight winter.
BTW- a lot of us "eastern boys" spent plenty of time in the west and came back east! There's good and bad everywhere.
