Your JD 4300 is only 25 PTO horse power. That 32 horse power is GROSS horse power at the flywheel. That is on a warm day running down hill with the driver pushing. LMAO. JUST kidding you.
The way they are advertising gross horse power is a shame. As it is useless number. If your JD 4300 was a gear drive it has 1.5 more PTO horse power.
As to your original question. You could run a suckle bar mower. Your tractor would be great to rake hay with. It would never run a round baler. You would have to have real flat ground to even run a square baler. Even then I would not pull a wagon behind the baler.
I think you answered it yourself in that it would not be cost effective to do.
