The 16 x 16 manual with shuttle work fine. The 24 x 24 Daul command works well also too(basically a HI-LO shift in many of the gears). Actually the 24 x 24 Dual command is the best seller of the three.
The 16x16 Auto shift have issues with the electronics. Circuit boards and wiring issues. I think the main issue is this is one of the earlier generations of NH electronic shift transmissions. They just did not have the bugs worked out of it. The tractors with the Auto Shift are the lower selling one of the TS 100 line up. I would not own one of these. When they mess up you are dead in the water and repairs are not cheap.
