Have the half moon shaped clamps on the bottom then loosen the four bolts holding the two half moon shaped clamps. Loosen them to the point where there is about 3/8" - 1/2" between the clamp & the axle. Take a hydraulic jack under the axle housing & jack up one side until the axle is centered between the upper hub & the clamps. Then grab to top of the tire & pull tire, wheel & all out until the outer edge of the hub leans on the axle & then jack the jack up & the bottom of the wheel will fall out when you start to raise tire, wheel & all up off the floor. repeat until you get the wheel to the position wanted.
