I use Rustout I get it at Walmart it does a job on rust without damaging the rest of the radiator. Put about two cups in and run it for several hours at full temp. Then flush real good. If your tractor is a mufti fuel check to see if the preheater on the carb is not set to high. These tractors run around 180 to 200 so they can burn Kerosene. Mine runs around 200 when working hard I have the shutters make sure that they work so that you can adjust the temp. Walt
