Usually terms like "honest price" or "reasonable offer" or "I know what this is worth, no lowball offers" are indications to me that the seller is a time waster, but maybe this case is different. My experience has been that whatever you offer will not be enough, and I don't even bother to contact ads that do not have a price. Best of luck if you do make an offer. Zach
