Not too much. Most tractor hydraulic oils are 10W30 base stock to start with and as a gear lubricant they have pretty good EP and antiwear additives. It's not necessarly compatible with the engine oil you use but I doubt it would hurt anything. Some places they use a super universal oil in all systems on the tractor...
