You say, "sold it again", which is not correct. The tractor did not sell the first time it was in the ring. The auctioneer did not say "sold", therefore there was no sale. All the other chatter between you and the auctioneer was just talk, not binding and not a sale. You could have bid when it was in the ring the second time. You have not got a leg to stand on. Tom
