The last time I hauled "bedding" I broke the drag chain and unloaded the old way. The next day the Boss chewed me out for overloading and breaking the chain. After getting it back together I loaded the next load and he hollered to put more on, two more buckets later I broke the chain again(three more buckets than I had put on the first time). I parked the tractor and walked to the car and went home, he never said a word the next morning, but the spreader was empty. 1973 and I have not hauled any since.
