Ethanol is very easy to remove from gasoline if it is causing you such a great many problems. Simply add 5 -10% water to the gasoline, agitate the mixture and allow the water/ethanol phase to settle to the bottom of the container. The pure gasoline floats on top of the water/ethanol phase. I am sure you can construct a suitable apparatus to accomplish this.
From your earlier post you stated your mileage was, "28-30 no ethanol and 23-25 with ethanol". Therefore, the 9/10 gallon of pure gasoline will take you 26 miles; [(28 + 30) / 2] x 0.9 = 26. Throw the ethanol water phase away and pocket the mileage increase.
