You should be alright when you leave them on ground overnight pick them up after dew has burned off mid to late afternoon. If your still worried stack them on edge in barn. If you still are worried salt each layer as your stacking. What burns barns down is hay that has been rained on and put up wet or green bales that weigh 100lbs or more. Don't put them in barn feed them right away, by salting the hay it cools it down and helps it cure. If not sure check hay temp to see if they are heating up by sticking your hand in between layers.
