GOT IN MAIL TODAY CAM AND OIL PUMP FROM ZIMMERMAN CLETRAC PARTS, the cam is missing distributor gear which is located on front end of cam shaft. Called ZIMMERMAN the guy told me I could take my gear off and put on his shaft. does any one know how the dist. gear is fixed to cam shaft? I believe it broke off. Now your big timing gear is splined, but the shaft does not extend past that gear to drive the dist. gear on like he said I could do.
