I do agree that this has been mis-handled. but i know that these people did not gas themselfs. If the roll were reversed,and we were fighting our government for our freedom, would we want help to keep from gassed by our oun government, or would we want the world to stand by while those in power wipe us out???. It's a shame that there is no way to just disable the chemical wepons so he could no longer use those on his people. traditionaly, the american way has been to stand up for those too weak to stand up for themselfs. While I do not compare this guy to Hitler, our isolationist policys allowed hitler to grow to be a world threat instead of putting him in his place when he was still just a little thorn in Europes side.
