Welfare and other such things are not bad but it is the people who have learned how to tell the right lies that cause the problem with welfare. Plus since it takes $5 to get $1 to the person who gets it that in it self causes bigger problems. Sort of like how the V.A doctors are and the V.A system and how if the corp man did not write it down that a guy who need help now has to fight because the corp man was to lazy to writhe down how the guy fell and hurt his leg. The system is to blame and how people are taught to believe the lies of others
