It's a percent of the amount of refrigerant. Somebody else might know what it is. Maybe it says on the oil container. Seems like it comes in a 12 ounce bottle doesn't it? I just remember that when I put a new compressor on my White 2-135 a few years ago,I used 5 ounces of oil and five 12 ounce cans of 134a and with the percentage thing,that was just a little more oil than I should have used. Didn't seem to hurt anything.
