If we don't start getting people in office that view it as service instead of a career, as a duty rather than a stepping stone to power, etc., then the upward tax spiral is sure to increase. It's grassroots activism and, yes, it's surely Tea Party thinking, but unless you have a few billion around to buy the pols, that's the only viable answer.
Why should someone who worked within the system not complain? Does that mean anyone who ever served in the military should just shut up? Any one on a volunteer fire or rescue squad? Anyone that in any way receives public funding benefits? That makes no sense! By your rule anyone who ever received any mail or drove on a town, city or state road should just shut up!!!
