I kinda disagree. A 226 or smaller AC engine is one
tough sob. Generally catastrophic engine failure is
caused by the governor weights flying off. The
little cotter pins just wear out and lets a weight
fly off wedging in bad places, and letting the
engine over rev. These engines don't have but 15 psi
of oil pressure. I have hauled corn from my
neighbors bin unloaded with a WD45. It had no oil
pressure and blows oil out everywhere. It has been
this way for years.
