I put in a application in two different TSC about 15 years ago when I they had a lay off where I worked nobody knew how long it would be never heard from them the little airhead who was 18 got hired the next week I called and ask why they hired him instead of me they said they want people that didn't want anybody that knew anything about farming so they could train them their way.
