You might want to do some serious research before you commit.I have a farm close to me that grows and sells green peanuts ready for boiling to several grocery store chains and I can tell you there is a LOT more to it than just selling them the product.They started off small selling local with no problem but when it went to the chain stores things got a lot more stringent.They have "field inspections" now from a third party and if so much as a dead mouse or a spot where a deer took a leak is found that whole spot cannot be used for so many feet around it.They even have to put little baggies over the lights on the equipment before it goes in the field.It all seems crazy but it really is for the saftey of the people that are eating the end product.
