Just read an article that said 66% of 1st time disability claims are turned down. Hire a representative with a proven record in disability claims. By law they can only charge $6000 OR 25% of the retroactive benefits - the amount she can collect from the onset of the disability until the benefit is approved- WHICHEVER IS LESS. Do not pay anything in advance and if disapproved again you should pay nothing. Good luck and sometimes a change of career is a blessing. It can make you look at things differently and maybe a new plan for the future. The land & the equipment won't know or care about the new job.
