Yeah, it's a cross road. I see a street/road sign on the right. A limited access highway is a highway with access only at specific intervals. They're set up so you can't put in an entrance every 25 feet. Provides better traffic flow. Frontage roads handle the side traffic, then connect to the main highway every quarter mile or so, depending on how the laws are written. Also called a controlled access highway.
