Did you use new copper washers under the injectors, making sure the old ones were removed AND the bores are CLEAN?
I DOUBT very much the manual will shop a torque for the banjo bolts on the filter line connections. With new sealing washers, they shouldn"t have to be REAL tight and CAN"T be since they are hollow AND thread into aluminum.
Soft copper washers should be FINE there, or get the correct washers, CIH # 845971R1, @ about two bucks each.
