ALWAYS trouble shoot then parts NEVER the other way around or you cause more problems then you start with. #1 make sure you have a good blue/white spark at ALL 6 plug wires. #2 make sure you have a good steady flow of gas from the carb drain plug. Catch the gas to check for water/dirt/rust. Takes 3 thing to make an engine run. Spark fuel and compression. Since it will fire up then your compression has to be there and will not just go away but spark can and so can fuel
