I'd make you have a license or at least pass an IQ test to use Liquid Nails too. I'm working in an expensive home in the western suburbs. Had to pull up a laminated wood floor so I could install that new interlocking rubber flooring in the weight room. By the looks of it it was some prior homowner who installed it. I think they used about 10 gallons of Liquid Nails to glue it down. (seriously) No reason to use liquid nails when there are better products that work better and actually come off if need be. 10' X 12" area. Took me all of 8 hours to get it pulled up. Had to rent an SDS chisel with a 1" bit to get the boards started.
Then use a bar and blocks to PRY it off the floor.
Now use a 4" SDS chisel to peel the remaining glue off the concrete.
Board by board, all day long.
Here's the poor sap who had to do the work. Time and materials. Feel sorry for my customer for the cost but So glad I didn't bid it!
