Paint a blue ring around your trees along the property line and post it clearly. And, if you really want to screw up any shooting he might have, place a bunch of old CD's strung up on monofilament fishing line throughout the area along his line. Any deer will steer clear of the area because the reflections from the CD's spooks the hail out of them.
