I dualed a Gleaner Model F years ago-438 head. tire guy cautioned me about final drive strain. I said getting stuck strains the finals as well. Worked ok that season. 23x26 with 16.9x28dual from a D17 was an even match. Did ball up though, but got us through ok. Next year I bought out my cousins"s share of the combine, went to narrow rows and 28Lx26 singles. Yes, carried very well.
Few years ago I went to an M2, made straddle duals that go behind a 630 head, built a rear ladder over the drive tires. If I could figure out how to get into the new Photobucket, I"d put pix up again!
