Hi I hated school only did what I had to, to stay out of trouble. Some days watched tractors out the window more than the board. Well my spelling and getting words and the meaning in the right place is not good.
It wasn't my academic ability that got me into mechanic school. It was the practical ability. My old teacher there said book reading/ writing is helpful. But if ya can't take a pallet of motor parts, put it together and make it run, you don't need to be here.

I have seen forums go over the top on this with moderators basically being teachers, correcting or warning guys about this stuff. Now there is only a handful of people on there, and it's spoiled what used to be good forums . I can't read I can't write but I can drive or fix a tractor ! Thats a saying that used to go round in England. Regards Robert
