I have Verizon for Internet and during the late spring through early fall my Internet service on the weekends is poor at best. Verizon has sent me an external antenna, not much if any help. They state well you're in a marginal area. Also well during the summer you have a lot of traffic on the Interstate and in the campgrounds and they degrade the signal. I've told them you have know of this for over a year, why not fix it. They state their hands are tied, and have offered me an early out with out without a termination fee. Problem my only other alternative is satellite and I'm not sure how good that would be. What ever happened to customer service and the knowledge and will to correct issues.
