When you get a manual it will give you the length of the belts. If you have to shorten them you will need a lacing tool and lacers.Not a hard job to do but if your local dealer has a lacing machine that fits over the whole width of the belt it may be worth having them do it. The smaller lacers that fit in a vice are fine but more time consuming to use and you will have to assure that the lacings are squeezed properly. My experience has been that the belts start to get smooth and do not grab the hay enough to start the hay rolling in the chamber.Your manual will get you going in the right direction. Good Luck,Andy
