Consider the alternative of concrete leveling. I don"t know where you are located but surely there is a company nearby you that raises sunken concrete. It"s cheaper than replacing it. Several years ago I had a corner of my concrete garage floor lifted as it had sunken somewhat over the years. The floor remains level after those several years. Our local school district had the sidewalks at the high school lifted where they had begun to sink into the top of the roadway curb. The project is simple - a few holes are drilled through your concrete sidewalk and some kind of concrete mud is pumped into the holes and under your walk until the sidewalk is level. Then the holes are filled and trowelled flush with the sidewalk. Job done. Get an estimate and an explanation to decide if this is a reasonable solution.
