My Ford 850 tractor carburetor float stick I think. While running the tractor, sometimes it will sputter and then die like it has no gas. I checked the fuel line from tank to the carburetor and they are fine. Glass bowl is full of fuel also. An old friend of mine who worked on these tractors said tap on the side of the carburetor then I can restart the tractor and it runs. This works, but I am tired of holding a hammer to keep the tractor running
Do I need to get a rebuild kit for the carburetor and if so where do I get one?
