Merl First off good set of heavy forks. Now realize the heavier the forks the less load you can pick up. Tractor with that loader will usually pickup about 1200 lb IN THE BUCKET at the time we set them up. Folks fail to realize that as the load gets farther out on the forks the lifting capacity drops. Build you a light guard as the other poster mentioned and enjoy you Kubota. Also check the air in your front tires at a regular interval. Easy to roll a front tire off the rim if pressure is low.
