I have checked fluid level - its good. We have new fluid and filters and they have been changed regularly. No leaks. It does it up and down but if you "float" it down it will come down smooth. It chatter and jerks loaded or not but every once in a while it works normal -very rarely. We changed tips because we thought the flow may be getting impeded.
