Just installed a new head gasket on JD 70. Running rough. Runs ok with choke out. Pulled carb and rebuilt it. Took fuel strainer assembly apart and cleaned it. Good fuel flow. I pulled the tappet cover to check the gap and there is definitely an oiling issue. I pulled the rocker assembly and cleaned the oiling tube. It's dripping ok but there should be oil up on the pushrods and there dry. The rocker shaft seems to have oil on it but not enough in my opinion. I have good oil pressure and good dripping on the outer springs only. I know there's no oil holes for the inner springs. What throws oil up on the pushrods?
