Most tractor cabs are ROPs rated. Thing of it is without a seat belt yer gonna get tossed around in the cab. We had a guy here a few years ago lost the brakes on his 2 1/2 yard loader (guy was known for half a$$ed repairs. He bailed and got run over. Bad part was the loader never went over. My wife's uncle did the repairs and got it ready for auction after they buried the guy. I've known a few guys who have flipped tractors. Most survived but never tried to bail. A couple it happened so fast (witnesses were present) the guy had no chance to bail. I know one guy who did bail successfully. He rolled a combine.
