Some years ago we got a big red Golden Retriever at 7 weeks old and she waas our constant companion.She travled on the boat and when we lived on the boat she was at her happiest. Loved the salt water. She got to be 120 lbs. and we left the boat and moved to the mountains. She also loved that. She got pancreatic cancer and left us at 8 1/2 yrs old. Swore to have no more. Met Buddy, a stray high red Aussie, a year later and never looked back. Don't say never because some one will cross your path and when you look into their eyes, you won't be able to resist them. They all come with love in their hearts if you love them back
