I have a early 50 model super a i have started to restore and after taking final drives off, the brake linings are the type that the rod is made seperate. but according to the model and serial number the ones that are supposed to be on it are the ones the rod is made on it. Question is can they interchange or should i stick with what is on it or what would be the best way. i have already purchased the ones that it called for but didnt want to open a can of worm and have to take it back down just for this problem later. any help thanks
