like Garmins, bought last one bought on line thru GPS city, got great price, bought extra years warranty for $13, fast forward to last month, garmin pukes, emailed GPS city, send it in, did, said its bad, (I knew that) said its discontinued so they couldnt send me another one of those models but gave me credit for FULL amount I paid for it in Nov 2011 toward purchase of another, for extra $10 I now have one bigger and better (could have opted for one that would have cost me no extra money) great company to buy from , and no I am not associated with them, just very pleased with service after the sale
