Microwaveable soup in a boul with a sanwich makea a quick lunch. some frozen entries like stoufers lazanga. one quick favorite meal of mine is diced chicken breast(1 per person) browned, when its done, cover it with traditional spagetti sauce and motizerlli cheese and serve it with a side of quick spanish rice.(forgive the spelling errors, I"m on a computer in a hospital waiting lounge without spell check), wait a minute, when did this tread become a cooking discussion???
