I don't see to many square bales selling by the ton - usually its "per bale". The basic unit being assumed that each bale will weigh about 50 pounds. I sold all of mine for $185 or so a ton figuring 60 pound wire bales.
A lot of big round bales are selling in the $140 - $160 range for Brome/Prairie bales.
