I would think points condensor battery carb kit and maybe plugs and a distributor cap would be the absolute worst being how she looks. The hood is on it and it appears all the parts are where they should be so I would suspect she was put away running. Not running the most I would offer you if I was buying would be $500 so keep in mind the price changes by 400-500 dollars or more if it runs.
