Your best bet is OEM, but I have found NAPA and Car Quest premium rotors to be a good quality rotor. Normally use CQ blue or red line pads( equates to premium and ultra premium) and they seem to both be good too. I find the best thing to get long life from the rotors and pads is to bed them in. After you install new pads and rotors, gently warm the brakes up by gently stopping 2-3 times. DO NOT come to a stop. Accelerate to 60mph and slow quickly to 10 mph trying not to make the ABS activate. Repeat until you smell the brakes.(6-10 times) Drive for 8+ miles never coming to a stop. Come to a stop by down shifting and park car being careful not to let the pads rest on rotors for more than 1-2 seconds, as this will result in pulsating brakes. If you must come to a stop, try to let off the brakes before coming to a full stop so the pads do not come to rest on the rotor while the rotor is still.
