Terrible thing that happened but I for one, do not feel that the victims were owed any money, especially from the airplane manufacturers, etc., etc. If anyone WAS owed money, it was the first responders who charged in when everyone else was running away and also the clean up crews who suffered health issues. They at least should have had their health issues paid for. I worked in a chemical plant for 26 years. If we had a "natural disaster" there or a disaster there caused by terrorists, I would not have expected anyone to pay me or my family a penny. If people volunteered to do so, fine but other than that nothing would have been expected. You can thank the lawyers for this I would suspect.
