Sarah, Guys here are right... looks like Ford 9N or 2N steel.
I went to google images and typed in "Ford tractor steel wheels"... there are some pics there - and if you click and image it enlarges. Then double-click on the larger image it will take you to the site that photo came from.
Don't know how OLD these ads were (links came here to YT classified ads) - but one asked for $400 for a rusty pair of wheels, one asked $480 for a pair that had been sand blasted and primer coated.
Link below is for a past ad from YT. But again, I do not know the date of any of the ads that can be accessed � so unsure how relevant value is. *So I would think the value would only have increased over time. And tip-toe/skeleton/dinosaur lugged steel wheels always seem to be higher priced.
