Supply pump is piston type, the small O ring that seals the rod may be leaking. Is included in Bosch DGK 301 supply pump kit. If injection pump is high hours the main housing may have errosion just under the spill port screws, a pressure test with the side cover off is the best way to find out. Not common, but can happen.
