Actually quite a few model 12s on Gunbroker.com at all sorts of prices. Almost none of them selling. There is a real nice one that has been bid up to $300 but the reserve isn't met (and may not be). Another in poor condition at $200 without a reserve. Others at rediculous prices with no bids. I'm guessing between $150 to $325.
