George, Lou: I'm looking at a current parts pamphlet sent monthly from Washer Specialties Co in Wichita Ks 67201. I have bought many parts over the years from these guys with a business account. Pg 12 shows the capacitor listings and a 40/5 @ 440 is $9.10. It doesn't show a 40/4 at any voltage but the entire listing is either Packard or Titan brand and proudly displaying the made in USA signature.
