Has the woman complained of his remarks? If so, it is disrupting your crew. Even if not, you need to speak to your supervisor who has the authority to counsel/fire and get his/her advice or action. He should be counseled to mind his own business. Depending on your companies personnel policies, it may be sufficient to get rid of him while on probation. You need to act fast.
Is he making these suggestions because he has an interest in the woman? If so, he needs to be fired. Unwanted advances can place the company in a position of liability. If you know about it and do nothing, you become liable too.
Unwanted advice regarding marital issues can be very disrupting to the work place. If it gets back to the husband, he may want to take action himself. The outcome can be devastating.
